At selected sites, we offer the rental of sack trucks and trollies to help you move boxes and items in and out of your container with ease. This self-service option is designed to make loading and unloading more manageable for our customers. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to use the equipment appropriately, as staff do not assist with handling your items. All equipment is regularly tested and maintained to ensure it is safe and reliable for your use. 

Need someone to take in a delivery when you can't be there? We’ve got you covered. Our delivery management service is perfect for both storage customers and anyone who just needs a reliable place to receive items—big or small. Whether it’s a sofa, furniture, or a few parcels, we can accept deliveries on your behalf. It’s especially for people that work long hours or anyone who can’t always be around at home to meet the driver. We can even store your items on-site at a daily rate until you're ready to pick them up. A minimum charge applies for each delivery received, making it a convenient and cost-effective solution when you can’t be there in person.

Don’t need a whole container? Our By the Box service is perfect for anyone with just a few items to store. Ideal for storing smaller belongings, documents, or seasonal items, this service lets you rent space by the box instead of paying for an entire unit. Your boxes are securely stored in our containers, with each customer allocated racking bays based on how many boxes they have. It’s a simple, affordable solution when you only need a little bit of space.
